The Way Home: Mini-series

The Way Home: Mini-Series

Live + Online

What if the parts of your story you’ve hidden…

are the very ones that hold your power?

Joseph Campbell believed that all stories, across cultures and centuries, share a mythic structure—the Hero’s Journey. In The Way Home Mini-series, we’ll use that framework to uncover where you are in your own story right now. Alongside Campbell, we’ll draw on Carl Jung’s 12 main archetypes to explore the narrative voice you tend to see the world from—and the shadow voices that may be shaping your choices. By the end of this 12-session weekly workshop, you’ll have clarity about your stage in the journey, insight into your guiding archetypes, and a deeper sense of meaning for the road ahead.

Who This Is For

You might be:

  • Holding the weight of an untold story: an assault, a divorce, a fractured family relationship, a betrayal, a job that unraveled, becoming a parent before you were ready, giving a child up for adoption, a chapter of survival you’ve never named

  • Living with the quiet fear: “If they really knew this about me…”

  • Carrying youthful choices — even felonies — that changed your life but don’t define your worth

  • Wearing a mask in your work or leadership — performing strength when what you long for is truth

  • Feeling exhausted by the roles you’ve outgrown but unsure how to release them

  • In a transition, loss, or awakening — asking bigger questions about who you are now

You don’t have to share everything with everyone.
But you do deserve a space to tell yourself the truth — and to meet your story with clarity, compassion, and courage.

This is that space.

You’ve lived it. But have you made sense of it?

You’ve already survived the hard part.
Now it’s time to reclaim what it left behind:

  • The story you’re still carrying

  • The version of yourself you’ve been performing

  • The belief that if people really knew you, something would fall apart

When you integrate your story into how you show up every day,
you stop leading from fragments and start acting from your whole self.
Not just the polished parts — all of you.

Because when you own your story, you own your life.
Authorship is power.

Why This Matters

Too many of us are editing our lives to stay safe.
But what if the parts you’ve silenced are the key to your freedom?

When you reclaim your story, you shift the way you see yourself — and how you show up in the world.
You begin to live, lead, and love from wholeness.

This series helps you:

  • Reclaim the stories you’ve buried — and meet them with clarity

  • Identify the perspective/narrator of various chapters of your story

  • Try on different perspectives; this workshop is a dressing room for narrative perspectives

  • Regulate, reframe, and realign through storytelling — and retelling.

  • Integrate all parts of you — the shadows and the light — to live, lead, and love from wholeness

  • Own your past without being defined by it

  • Walk forward as the author of your life — not just the protagonist of someone else’s story

What You’ll Walk Away With

  • A deeper ability to lead your life — and your work — from alignment, not performance

  • The tools to call on all parts of yourself, even the ones you’ve hidden or forgotten

  • A clearer understanding of what’s been holding you back — and how to move forward with integrity

  • A personalized way to care for yourself that’s rooted in who you truly are, not who you think you should be

  • The ability to spot outdated patterns and rewrite them before they shape your next chapter

  • A renewed relationship with your own voice — steady, grounded, and self-led

  • Optional next step: credit toward the full in-person workshop, if you decide to go deeper

What the Journey Looks Like

  • 12 live sessions on Zoom

  • Starts Monday September 15th, 2025 (continues every Monday through November 29th) - 8-9:30am CT, 3pm CET

  • Weekly guided teaching, writing, breakout rooms, and story reflection

  • You’ll bring one story per week — and we’ll explore it together

  • Includes a downloadable fillable journal to hold your work

  • You don’t need to be a writer — just willing to be honest, curious, and real

Each week, we’ll move through a different stage of Joseph Campbell’s Hero’s Journey, using your own stories as the map. You’ll explore key Jungian archetypes—like the Mentor, the Shadow, the Trickster, and the Innocent —to help illuminate patterns and personal insights. You’ll gain practical tools to reframe your experiences, find new meaning, and reshape how your story lives in you.
